In the case of damage you can always contact us. In the event that you can not reach us (outside office hours, Sundays and holidays) please contact the emergency services in case of an emergency. In the case of theft, always report directly to the local police.

Please send the completed and signed damage claim form to our office in order for us to address your damage claim. Please also send us an estimate of the damage and if possible some photos that clearly show the damage (+ a police report if applicable).
